The Village of
Odeila

At the southern tip of Lyndil lies Odeila, an oceanside town known for its fishing ports, white sand beaches, and large, nature-made coves. The town itself is lively and always bustling with residents and tourists alike, people playing by the seaside and making sandcastles, playing volleyball, or just lounging away in the sun. Many taverns and inns speckle the pristine ports, and there is always a party to partake in at these locations. The coves themselves are beautiful and spacious, and many treasure hunters arm themselves with metal detectors and the like before they head out to scope the coves for any treasures brought in by the waves.
The people of Odeila are jovial and boisterous, welcoming old and new friends with a big smile and a bone-crushing hug, or a hard clap to the shoulder. It is not the place to be if one isn't for physical expressions of affection, the residents always hugging each other, shaking, hands, or holding each other upright after a long night at the bar. It's customary to always purchase postcards at this location for family back home and have some of the locals sign them with well wishes.
