The Island of
Qeenis
Located off the southwestern coast of Lyndil is the small island of Qeenis, a small blip on the map compared to the massive mainland. It was said to once have been the gateway to Lyndil for those immigrating to the country and those emigrating out of it, though nowadays it's home to around 10 individual families whose ancestors have lived there for generations. It is still a popular fishing destination and a prime rest spot for private ships and fishing boats.
The people of Qeenis are sweet and very content with the simplicity of their lives, with no intention of migrating to the mainland for better housing or opportunities. Things like money and treasures mean nothing to them, and would rather trade their goods for resources they are unable to get their hands on otherwise.
