Blackburn Ridge
Located in the northernmost region of the Grento ice Plains lies Blackburn Ridge, a rocky, cliff face outpost once uninhabited by society. Developed recently within the past decade, the outpost acts as the base of operations for the Grento Astrology Research Center, as well as the Grento Wildlife Research Center. Data collected from Blackburn Ridge assists in many of the scientific and technological advancements that Zenovia and Waekefield bring to the continent.
Blackburn Ridge provides a breathtaking view of the night sky and northern lights, benefitting the astrology center's desire to peek into the world of the unknown, as well as a perfect research point to study Grento's biodiversity. Most data collected from these centers are spread across the continent, specifically to Etharia's overarching Ecological Council, where each region's data is analyzed in order to best understand the changing of the ecosystem.
